This morning the students took the second portion of the math MSA. This completed their third grade MSA testing! YAHOO!!!
After art, lunch and recess the students returned to class for writing and FASTT math.
In writing the children got to choose from three topics; year round schooling, uniforms in school and getting rid of the penny. After choosing their topic, they were given two articles, about their topic, to read and highlight. Next, we will use the information they gathered to plan a persuasive writing piece about their chosen topic.
Finally, we will end our day, today, with a book exchange in the media center.
PLEASE remember that sound projects are due THIS Thursday, March 26.
