TGIF!!!!

This morning, in math, the students took the second quiz for unit 6. These have been graded and should be in the math section of your child's binder.

WE began reading with the May edition of the National Geographic Magazine. We read and summarized each section of the first article, Crunch, Crunch, Crunch. After that, the students got into their play groups and read through their play working on fluency and expression. Next, they got out their task lists and started working on props, scenery and costumes.

Following lunch and recess the students will go to music. When they return, they will have a sub...I have a sick child and need to get him to the doctor before the weekend! With the sub, they will be learning about bees and making bee sticks...FINALLY!
